带有TouchID和Touchbar的macbookpro有没有Apple pay

请问一下大家，大家的带有TouchID和Touchbar的macbookpro有没有Apple pay。我把系统设为中国地区的时候Apple pay消失了，设置为港澳台或者海外才会出现，但是也加不了卡。
